So I had my first snowshoeing experience on this past Wednesday. It was so much fun and a fantastic workout! Tori and I went up into the Grand Teton National Park. We were not really sure where exactly we wanted to go so we started at Granite Canyon trail head and ended up trail blazing our own trail which was a lot of fun and made us feel very adventurous! We finished our day with some snow angels in waist deep snow...amazing. We realized how effective the snowshoe really is when we took them off and fell to our waist in snow...pretty fun! Also, as a side note, us girls are participating in a snow shoe race in Salt Lake City to benefit breast cancer. Here are some pictures from mine and Tori's snowshoeing adventure...enjoy :)
